ABOUT ME

From a young age, I have been passionate about people and their stories. This led me to an international career in journalism, communication and employer branding, working for 20+ years for some of the world's leading companies and news outlets.

I was ambitious, and passionate about living and working abroad while raising our three children. On the outside, it may have looked like I managed well, but I felt drained. This is when I discovered the power of coaching. It first helped me to become a better manager, and later allowed me to pivot to what I enjoy most: supporting others to find their own, unique path.

When not behind my desk, I love to explore the arts, design and nature with my family.

My way of working

Approach

In my work, I support your self-reliance and self-discovery, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research and guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I take care of keeping on top of new developments in the field.

What that means in detail

During our coaching sessions, we work towards answers for your question(s). A typical coaching session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online.
